This website, raschada.com, is operated by Dr. Raschada Nootjarat, an individual enterprise architect, author, and practitioner based in Thailand. For the purposes of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA), Dr. Raschada Nootjarat is the Data Controller.

2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it. The following describes each collection point and its lawful basis under the PDPA.
2.1 Contact Form
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your name and email address. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis is your consent, given at the time of submission. We do not add contact form submissions to any mailing list. Your data is not shared with any third party.
2.2 Website Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics collects data including pages visited, time spent on the site, approximate geographic location (country/city level), device type, and referral source. This data is processed in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.

We also use Hostinger’s built-in analytics, which similarly collects aggregated traffic data at the server level.

The lawful basis for analytics is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used so we can improve it. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
2.3 Cookies
This website uses cookies — small text files placed on your device by your browser. The cookies active on this site are:

– Essential cookies: Required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled.
– Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): Collect anonymous usage data as described in Section 2.2. These are set only if you accept them via the cookie consent notice.
– Hostinger analytics cookies: Server-level analytics. These do not track personal behaviour.

You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
3. Data Transfers Outside Thailand
Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC, which processes data on servers located outside Thailand, including in the United States. As of the date of this policy, Google LLC participates in data transfer frameworks that provide appropriate safeguards under Section 28-29 of the PDPA. By accepting analytics cookies, you consent to this transfer.

Hostinger, our web hosting provider, may store server logs on infrastructure located outside Thailand. This is necessary for the operation of the website and constitutes a legitimate interest.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact form submissions (name and email address) are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, and deleted thereafter. We do not maintain a long-term database of contact enquiries.

Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months by default, in accordance with our account settings. Hostinger server logs are retained per Hostinger’s standard data retention policy.
5. Your Rights Under the PDPA
As a data subject under Thailand’s PDPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

– Right to be informed — you have the right to know how your data is collected and used (this policy fulfils that obligation).
– Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
– Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
– Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations.
– Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
– Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
– Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. These include password-protected access to our email and hosting accounts, HTTPS encryption on all pages of this website, and limited disclosure of personal data to third parties.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected individuals without undue delay, as required by the PDPA.
7. Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 10. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this website, please contact us at raschada@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
