When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your name and email address. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. The lawful basis is your consent, given at the time of submission. We do not add contact form submissions to any mailing list. Your data is not shared with any third party.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics collects data including pages visited, time spent on the site, approximate geographic location (country/city level), device type, and referral source. This data is processed in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
We also use Hostinger's built-in analytics, which similarly collects aggregated traffic data at the server level.

Hostinger, our web hosting provider, may store server logs on infrastructure located outside Thailand. This is necessary for the operation of the website and constitutes a legitimate interest.
Contact form submissions (name and email address) are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, and deleted thereafter. We do not maintain a long-term database of contact inquiries.
Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months by default, in accordance with our account settings. Hostinger server logs are retained per Hostinger's standard data retention policy.
As a data subject under Thailand's PDPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to be informed — you have the right to know how your data is collected and used (this policy fulfills that obligation).
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations.
- Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. These include password-protected access to our email and hosting accounts, HTTPS encryption on all pages of this website, and limited disclosure of personal data to third parties.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected individuals without undue delay, as required by the PDPA.
This website is not directed at children under the age of 10. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this website, please contact us at contact@raschada.com and we will delete it promptly.
